So adverbium form is extremamente, or extremadamente?

We use extremadamente, but I have found extremamente , too. There might be slight nuance to this, I really don't know.

Many thans for your immediate help. In my paper vocabulary (spanish-czech) I have found a word "extremado" (adjectivum with the meaning 1. excessive, 2. intense).

So adverbium form is extremamente, or extremadamente? Or both adverbs are in spanish acceptable?

Una lengua es algo extredamente sensible y penetra profundamente la mente, tanto más si se trata de la lengua materna.

That's a long article. You might have provided which section title it was under or what parapgraph number..

I'd say that it was a typo and that it should be extremamente.
