Ella está media como "híjala" de la cabeza.

The speaker is trying to say that she is a little crazy/off in the head.

What does "híjala" mean here? Or did I not hear that word right?

(No, he didn't say "híjole"; the last two vowels were definitely a's.)

I know "ida de la cabeza", but "híajala de la cabeza"'? Unless it is a regional term...
