It is a poem that the children are learning. It goes like this

Hair's been cut. It's neat again.

Got socks and shoes on my feet again. Saddled with a bag a s new as my shoes.

I got the mean ol' back-to-school blues.

Ashtonsan, that means "To return to the school of blues." That's not the question they asked, they asked "How do you say 'back-to-school blues'?"
