Allison, go to your page and read your PMs.

Heidita and LAtINaPunKRO are correct -- you can send a private message to a user by clicking the "Send Private Message" link under the profile information on that user's profile.

However, to minimize spam, we require that a user has at least 10 reputation in order to send PMs. Since you don't have any yet, you won't even see that link. But you don't need to keep asking people to vote for your questions and answers -- if you post thoughtful content, the votes will follow.

HI Alison, please use the correct spelling.

Go to the forers page (click on his name) and under the photo or avatar you will find a tab which leads you to the PM function.

look at the "send private message" link towards the bottom of they're profile, click it and it will open a page to write them a message.
