I was at subway eating lunch and heard spanish words. This lady screamed at her child and said, YA! My question is, did she just tell him to stop? And then she said , pa aca.. and by his responce, I think she said this way.

I think the translation of "¡ya!" in this case, as in most cases of when mothers yell at their children, means the same thing as "¡basta!"

In English it would be translated as "that's enough! "

Also, you might have hear "por acá," which would mean "(come) this way."

"Pa' cá" and similar phrases are the colloquial equivalent "para acá", pretty much like "wanna" for "want to"

Ya would mean "Now" or "At once!"

Acá basically means "here" so she was saying "Come here...(at once)..." I'm not sure what the 'pa' means.
