but what is the correct form':

  1. The 80's Best Music

  2. The Best Music of 80's

I agree with Jonathan6, but perhaps leave out the first 'the'?

"Best Music of the 80's"

IMO it makes it a crisper, more focused title.

I'd say "The Best Music of the 80's"

The article "the" is usually used when talking about decades (the 80's, the 90's, the 60's, etc).

A popular radio station's slogan is "The best music of the 80's, 90's, and today."
