If diseases names are the same in English and Spanish it would be Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (a lung disease caused by inhaling silicon dust). If not, it might be Hipopotomonstrosesquipedaliofobia (a fear of the pronounciation of large and complicated words).

In Spanish we write (and pronounce) "neumo", not "pneumo". - lazarus1907, Aug 24, 2009

Going for weird ones, I suppose it would be neumoultramicroscopicosilicovulcanoconiosis, but looking at more normal ones, probably something like reinstitucionalizaríamos, followed by others like electroencefalografista, contrarrevolucionarios or esternocleidomastoideo.
