Yes, and it's relatively easy...you just open your mouth and then don't have to change vowels until the end! It´s one for which I might even someday be able to ge the "b" right! - Janice, Aug 22, 2009

Okay I had my answer all ready then changed my mind reading what y'all have to say!

original answer: baul... it's just fun to say.

new answer: limpiaparabrisas (windshield wiper) I like the way it's put together from other words

other new answer: cachivache (knick-knacks, clutter... doesn't it sound like it?!)

and I like Eddy's word, too! smile

My favorite word in Spanish is "zanahoria", because it is so different sounding than what it means in English!

Mi palabra favorita en Español es "zanahoria", porque suena tan diferente de lo que significa en Inglés!

Maybe, but I believe she's Brazilian so it would be a Portugese word. - Yeser007, Aug 25, 2009

As mentioned in a comment, I like "trabajando" but I really like all those words that have sounds different from the ones we have in English words...."agua," as hohmann11 noted in a prior entry. Yes, the "g's", the "j". Not the "h", of course, but maybe I had better be careful and not end up otherwise writing out the whole alphabet confused

And, oh yes, I might make an exception for those words that have that difficult b/v sound in them:-( Those words are just too frustrating! I wonder if I would ever be able to speak fluent Spanish and yet manage to avoid them....

Cachivache is a fun one, allright. Along the same lines, I love a word that is widely used in Venezuela: "Guarandinga".

It's one of those wonderful generic "thing" words: ¿Qué guarandinga es esa?, ¿para qué sirve esa guarandinga?, ¿A dónde vas con esa guarandinga?

It can even be an odball, custom-made Frankenstein type of vehicle:
