Any suggestion for studying schedule? How often is the best to take these lessons online?once a week,twice or ...?

It is much better to practice several times a day for a few minutes at a time, than once a week for hours.

I would agree with studying once a day as well. Think about how you would study for other things (knowing your style of learning) and make an attempt to use that method. Just a thought.
