"Mamacita" literally means "little mama", but smaller children usually use it in that term to there care takers. It can mean "hot mama" to an attractive young woman.

Words ending with -cito, -cita, -cillo and -cilla, gives them this "cuteness" or smallish interpretation. Ms Whitmire brings this up in Spanish 4.3.

Mamacita is the correct spelling and it means "Mommy".
