What's the format for saying for a Telephone number in Spanish??

For example, Do you just say each number as a seperate number, or do you "group" it?

On the "Destinos" video series, when Raquel Rodriguez is at the hotel desk in Seville, she gives a phone number this way:

seís, doce, veintiuno, treinta.

That would be 612-2130 in the way I would say a phone number. Obviously some Spanish culture does it very differently than what I'm used to.

I agree there is no formal way to say the telephone number, it varys, if I was I a class setting i would say each number, if I was accually speaking to a Mexican i would use grouping or what which ever you usually do

There is no a formal way to say a telephone number. People tend to group the numbers, like "954 331214 = 9-5-4-33-12-14", but you could read one figure at a time, since each person does it differently.
