¡Hola todos! ¿Qué vas a hacer? What are you going to do?
Practice saying what you are going to do and to say this in spanish you use
the appropriate congugation of the verb IR + a + the infinitive of the
action verb, here are my examples: voy a visitar mis nietos en inglaterra,
I am going to visit my grand sons/children in inglaterra, Mi nieto pequeño va a cumplir dos años en diciembre. My baby grandson is going to be two years old on his next birthday in december, (tengo tres nietos pero solo uno de ellos esta
pequeño, los otros dos estan adultos jovenes)
Mi hermana y mi sobrino van a venir aqí en Barcelona, ellos van a ver el partido
de fútbol amistoso entre Manchester city y Barcelona FC.

Voy a ir a la playa mañana con una amiga o quizás vamos a Runyon Canyon (a hike). Tambien voy a un barbeque y quizas voy a nadar. Me gusta el verano!

I think the spanish for barbecue is barbacoa so perhaps you should say: voy
a tener o hacer o ir a un barbacoa, someone please correct or add to this.

Aliviarse can mean go to the toilet, not the same thing I guess
Sorry, I didn't realize that was mainly a Mexican usage. Central Americans also use it commonly, perhaps influenced by their neighbors to the north. I had it just as a suggestion/alternative, and not a correction. I rarely hear "dar a luz" outside of the Bible, but then again, I don't have much contact with Spaniards.

tener un bebé = to have a baby
Not the same thing.
To what is she giving birth, but a baby? This term is only used for humans, not animals, as far as I know. Heidita's is a loose, but acceptable, translation.
Actually:
tener un bebé = to have a baby, in the sense of possessing it.
"Ella va a tener un bebé", as far as I know and can tell from the multiple definitions of tener, would not distinguish if somebody was going to give it to her, she was going to adopt it, she was going to bear it, or if it was going to fall off the baby tree in her back yard.

Ken, look up ser y estar, most of your mistakes go along that line.Especially as you are not consisten with it. Above you use first estar then ser in very similar sentences.
