Quiere jugar con ella

(3.¿Qué va hacer Tony?) La playa

Why is it not "¿Qué va A hacer Tony?"

And Rachel's answer is "la playa." Did she mean to say "Va a ir a la playa." ?

I misread the first sentence.
I thought that it was alluding to Hercules' 12 Labors. I thought that it was a riddle.

Just to mention it, you're not supposed to begin a sentence with a conjuction (English rule, not Spanish). In this case you wrote a clause, not a sentence.

Because Tony has chores.

¿Qué va a hacer Tony? ( What is Tony going to do?)

1. Tony va a... ir a la playa.
