How would you say "coping skills" in Spanish? I was doing some volunteer interpreting for a therapy group recently, and the question asked of the group was "Tell us some coping skills you have learned here." and "What are some coping skills you can use when you get angry'"

don't think you can say that in spanish. might be wrong though.
to cope as a verb can be any of the following
arreglárselas - to cope
poder con - to cope with
enfrentarse con - to cope with

examples
se las está arreglando bastante bien - he's coping pretty well
podremos arreglarnos mejor el año que viene - we shall be able to cope better next year
tú puedes con esto - can you cope?
cómo lo llevas - how are you coping?
