1. (harmony)
a. el acuerdo
(m) means that a noun is masculine. Spanish nouns have a gender, which is either feminine (like la mujer or la luna) or masculine (like el hombre or el sol).

c. otorgar

d. conferir
Management finally agreed to accord women's work the same status as that of men.Finalmente los directivos accedieron a conferir al trabajo de las mujeres el mismo estatus que tenía el de los hombres.
