An adjective is a word that describes a noun (e.g. the big dog).
1. (typography)
a. lowercase
Me gusta escribir mi nombre con una "m" minúscula aunque no sea correcto.I like to write my name with a lowercase "m" even though it's not correct.
b. lower case
Escribe una "a" minúscula si la respuesta correcta es la primera.Write a lower case "a" to indicate that the correct answer is the first one.
A feminine noun is almost always used with feminine articles and adjectives (e.g. la mujer bonita, la luna llena).
2. (typography)
a. lowercase letter
Las minúsculas ocupan menos espacio que las mayúsculas.Lowercase letters take up less space than upper case letters.
b. lower case letter
En el formulario no se pueden escribir minúsculas.You cannot write lower case letters in the form.
