a. la cristalería
(f) means that a noun is feminine. Spanish nouns have a gender, which is either feminine (like la mujer or la luna) or masculine (like el hombre or el sol).
According to Grandma's will, all of her jewelry and glassware will go to Rachel.De acuerdo al testamento de la abuela, Rachel heredará toda la joyería y la cristalería.
All the glassware is in that cabinet.Toda la cristalería está en ese gabinete.
b. los objetos de cristal
(m) means that a noun is masculine. Spanish nouns have a gender, which is either feminine (like la mujer or la luna) or masculine (like el hombre or el sol).
I bought some fine glassware for my grandmother when I was in Prague.Le compré unos magníficos objetos de cristal a mi abuela cuando estaba en Praga.
