I just need some help if this sentence is right.
Im trying to say that the tennis court is right there near the first floor of the hotel.

right there = justo allá
right here = justo aquí
La cancha de tenis está justo allá cerca del primer piso del hotel.

Unless, of course you mean that the court is actually inside the hotel (which, though unlikely, is possible.
