I've not recorded from this site, but I've recorded from other ones using an MP3 recorder.
I use a Zoom H4 recorder connected directly to a headphone jack on my PC, but there are many cheaper alternatives.
There are also programs out there that claim to record whatever your PC is playing. If those work with no ill effects, that's the way to go. Just Google: record MP3
