sacar means to take out,so here he or she is not expressing correctly.

it is better to say this
si puedes consequir el pasaje por avion , voy a donde quieras.
or this
Si me compras el boleto de avion voy a donde quieras.

Sounds to me like he is expecting you to get the ticket so he can go to wherever you want him to go.
