sound problem

Question

When I try to use speech, the microphone does not work, But it does work with other programs, only not on spanishdict.com.
Is this a problem with my equipment, or a problem with spanishdict.com?

We, obviously, have been going through some changes in the last few months, migrating the site from Ning and such. There are a few things we had to live without (i.e. the lesson submissions as forum posts), but we are working on a new way to make sure you can submit and review lesson submissions, so bear with us. A lot of the bugs will be worked out very soon as it is now summer time and we have hired a bunch of new interns!

yeah...but how do you know it recorded?

you don't have to do anything but hit "submit" and you'll get 150 points.

The red button is no longer there, but the recording does work. Say your piece, check the the completed box and click on submit and you will get your 150 points.

I had a problem recording before on here. After recording I listened back and got a Spanish radio station. I have not had problems elsewhere.

Now I can't record at all. There is no record button. Just a blue vertical bar on one side ( the rest of the graphic is missing ) and a Submit button below.

Yes I'm having the same problem. I also have some points on the english lessons but think they are for someone else.
