Intensive care and does anyone know of a web site for medical terms in spanish'

That's quite all right, but in Spain I've always heard it in the plural "cuidados intensivos". My dictionary says that in Mexico the word is "terapia intensiva".

In Spain, "Intensive Care Unit" is "Unidad de Vigilancia Intensiva", but we just say the acronym "UVI". For "Intensive Care Ambulance" we say "Uvimóvil".

is a good site. They are European Spanish based, so pronunciations are like "th" for 'Z", etc.

Also, if you're looking for contact hours:
http://www.culture-advantage.com/etraining/
will give you contact hours after taking the exam. They give you a review of what's covered in the exam. This is good once you have taken a Spanish course somewhere else.
