Películas Favoritas / Favorite Movies
What are you favorite movies? I guess any genre.
I usually watch funny, horror, or action movies.
My main favorites are the horror Quarantine(based on the Español version [REC]), the comedy Pineapple Express, and my all-time favorite, Boondock Saints(Not sure why, maybe because im Irish and its loaded with action ).
Also if you could tell me any good Spanish movies that are comedy, horror, or action that would be great. ( I checked the references but none really suited me.)
Adiós.

No I haven't seen REC, sadly, Tennessee doesn't like international films, only those produced in the US. I would love to see it, but i don't really want to buy it without seeing it first. Sí, yo también Satélite, me gustan The Dark Knight, 300 y Constantine. También me gusta la película, "Apocalypto".
Brandon, did you watch REC? 'Cause honestly, for me, REC is waaaaaaay better than Quarantine.
Oh, I hated "Un día sin mexicanos".
**
LOS OTROS**,de Amenábar, genial!!
I plan on seeing "Sin Nombre" but its not showing here, I guess Tennessee doesn't care about films unless it has a big production bill and comes from Hollywood.
I've never actually seen a film that was originally acted in Spanish. Sometimes I take my movies and change it to Spanish voice-over with English subtitles but that's the most I can do here.
From Mexico, anything with Gael García Bernal. Off the top of my head:
Amores perros
Y tu mamá tambien
Babel
Amo "Y tu mama tambien", es super padrisimo, no?
Amores Perros, es ok.
Babel, me da igual.

From Spain, I also usually go by the actors. My favourites:
- Javier Barden
- Paz Vega
- Penélope Cruz (she is so much better in Spanish; watch "Volver" and "Vicky, Cristina, Barcelona")
Last, if you haven't had the misfortune of watching Vanilla Sky (with Tom Cruise), check out the Spanish original, "Abre los ojos".
I recently saw a good movie called Sin Nombre. It's still showing in theaters. It's getting a lot of praise from critics and I found it to be gripping and a bit sad.
oooh!!! Yo vi este peli, es super triste, no'
