Pregunta: "¿Todavía recuerdas mi número de teléfono'" or "¿todavía te acuerdas de mi número de teléfono'" Answer: "No, no lo recuerdo ¡lo olvidé!" or "No, no me acuerdo ¡lo olvidé!"

The only change I would make to that is that for the last part I would say "Se me ha olvidado" or "Se me ha escapado." Personal preference, maybe.

is correct : recuerdas mi numero de telefono '? ( need an accent for numero in the u and another in the second e of telefono )

answer : No ... lo olvide../ no lo recuerdo.... / no me acuerdo../Olvide tu numero de telefono
( here you need an accent for both olvide in the e)

you dont; need an accent for the other words
accent = acento , tilde .... like a little mark above the vocal
