Believe me, your mom will be more than happy to have help with the baby before long. In the meantime, help around the house as much as you can and try to remember (I know it's hard) that this is a very emotional time for your whole family, and especially your mom. Congrats!!!

OMG!!! such a big name for such a small personsmilesmile

CONGRATULATIONS!!

I hope your mum can read this and we would all wish your family the very best on this occasionsmile

To help your mum I am sure you will do just fine. I think you are a very kind young ladysmile And I am sure your mother knows.

Don't push it, as Quentin says, she might get a bit possessive and not trust anybody at all, not even your dad. So be patient.

Congratulations, the first few months can be demanding for your mother. Please be understanding, and show your willingness to help out in anyway, your mother will love your for it.

And off course, enjoy the new tenant wink

As they say "trust has to be earned." Ask your Mom if you can perform the simple care tasks at first, and then the more complicated. Perform these tasks under her supervision. When she sees that you are competent, she will allow you greater responsibilities. Try to be understanding, however. Mom may be a little selfish at first when it come to sharing your brother. She's going through a bonding phase that may require your understanding. And congratulations to you both.
I had two older sisters. God have mercy.
