Need help with time in Spanish. =)

Question

I need to figure out what these times are in Spanish because I keep getting them wrong and we have a test coming up.

The times are:
10:15 PM
7:30 AM

I have understood this for awhile but I called my teacher and she told me the website I was using to help me study had a glitch in it saying it was wrong but it was really correct. :p
