How do you translate this to english:
Ocho millones de españoles ya compran por Internet.
Pese a la crisis, los españoles estamos cada vez más confiados ante las compras online: el año pasado gastamos 4.700 millones de euros a través de la web.

For the second one:

emblematic places . . . probably better as "symbolic" places

mirador is a balcony or a viewpoint. So you could possibly translate the last part as:

while they were at a scenic overlook with the city at their feet.

Good attempt!!

For the first one, I would say: In spite of the crisis, the Spaniards are more and more secure / confident . . .

Is this correct':

Eight million spaniards are already buying on the internet.
To balance the crisis, we spaniards are very secure every time we buy online: last year we spent 4.700 millions euros on the web.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Romantic vacation in Rome.
The couple travels to the most emblematic places in the italian capital, and visits some cafés and exclusive shops. Justin is a man in love and takes a photohraph of his girlfriend.

I don't understand the last sentence "mientras están en un mirador con la ciudad a sus pies "
