If you are thinking about the temporary/permanent rule for SER and ESTAR, and you thought that, since it is only for today, and that is temporary, you have to use ESTAR, think again, because that rule is the least reliable one. SER is used for definitions, identifications and absolute classifications, and ESTAR for states that don't fall into those categories. Therefore, all nouns must be used with SER, always:
Soy Lazarus
Soy professor
Soy una persona
This includes all things introduced by articles, sucha as 'un/una/unos/unas'.
Also, please remove that "nosotros". Personal pronouns like "yo", "tú", "nosotros",... are not optional in Spanish: they MUST be omitted in most cases!
And I agree with Mark: that "No problemo" from the movie "Terminator" sounds as exotic to Spanish natives as it does to English speakers, since it is not even Spanish. The word "problemo" does not exist, and we don't say "No problema" either. You have alternatives such as: "De acuerdo", "¡Cómo no!",...

As a waiter, I think you would use the formal form.
"No problema" is not really correct Spanish. I know we use "no problem" in English, but not in Spanish. You might say something like "Como no" or "En sequida".
