my favorite podcasts are spanishpod and notesinspanish -both are free (although you can pay for extra material -transcripts and so on) and available on itunes.

I like Spanishpod because it is very lively and fun, they have 5 levels, and they discuss grammar points as well.There is a slight bias toward Mexico
Notesinspanish is just a 10 min conversation between a married couple (she from Madrid, he originally from Oxford) it is also fun, and they focus on 'real' Spanish there is a slight bias toward Madrid

You might try iTunes podcasts. You don't have to have an iPod to download and listen to the podcasts on your computer or any mp3 player.
