I was following you back from Santa Eularia in the car when we went to collect your scooter.

Also,if anyone could translate the following,I understand it but a literal translation would be very nice, thanks in advance.

(I love the way that if you post a standard translation question on here you get 2 or 3 replies but if it's anything to do with love it's 2 or 3 pages...I expect no less than 2 pages!!! wink

Tim, you're welcome for the translation. Keep in mind that not everything translates literally word for word. I chose "I'm thinking of you" because I think it fits the meaning a little better than "I remember you" or "I'm reminded of you". See what I mean'

Tim, if you've got a new love, you might want to lose the avatar. wink

Good advice!

My best try:

Improvements welcomed.

Hi Mark, thanks a lot for that,I thought pensar was to think,I take it they both mean that.
Could you possibly translate the rest of it below for me as I have to respond to her in a suitably romantic way...she's a really good cook as well, her pescado dishes are fantastic!! wink

Sorry, not 2 pages.

I knew I had fallen in love with you when...

There is some missing punctuation here but:

Tim, it has been a while since I've seen you and each moment I feel you farther from me. I miss you and need to see you now.
I love you too and very much so. Each day that passes I'm thinking of you...A thousand kisses for my favorite Englishman.

How romantic wink.
