I'm trying to translate a Spanish worship song into English. So far I've got:

nuestras coronas- our crowns
Queremos darte lo mejor-We want to give you the best
de nuestras vidas- of our lives
Te entegaré mi amor entero- To you I surrender my love completely

And then I get to "los sueños que logré alcanzar " and I'm not sure what to do with that. I would appreciate assistance if someone would be so kind!
