What word would you use for "working" in the context of "How are we working for you'"

Hi, I'm new to the forum and tried searching for this, but couldn't find any results, so I'll pose the question here:

I'm reviewing a translation of a survey that I received from a translation agency and they've translated "How are we working for you'" as "¿Cómo estamos trabajando por ti'"

"Trabajar" feels like the wrong verb to use here, I think it should actually be something like "funcionar," but I could be wrong. Any suggestions'

I think the best translation based upon the context of the sentence would be: ¿Cómo estuvo el servicio? Which translates into "How was the service'"

I think you are right that "funcionar" would be a better choice. It seems that you aren't asking "what kind of work are we doing for you'" rather "how is this working out for you'" If the latter, then I'd say "funcionar" is a better choice of verb. If I'm wrong, maybe you should post the original text from the survey you asked them to translate.

You should us trabajando, because they asking how are we working. If you use funcionar your asking how are functioning.
