Subjunctive?

I'm so confused! I have a test tomorrow on the subjunctive of present and imperfect. I'm not sure how to form them or use them for that matter! Sorry this is so vague!

In the forum search box type verb conjugator and click on search.
You will then see the verb conjugator, click on it and you will be able conjugate any infinitive that you put in. This will show you the subjunctive tenses that you require.
