I get the vocab, but not the grammar, I think you use a direct object, but I am not sure.

yes that is going to be tricky and needs the verb 'to bring' in the sunjunctive as a command - Tom has answered it well :) - Kiwi-Girl, Jun 5, 2011

Hey Tom, would you always need to use imperfect subjunctive? What about "Le dije al mesero que si me podía traer........."
