just a guess:
you attract ardent (burning) love, you seduce who loves you, and you confer happiness.
You know, romantic drivel. I'm hoping that the picture was of you, and that the sender is now a new beau.
I'm surprised, given the context, that the formal tone rather than the informal was used. Was this from a "secret admirer"?
