"I have come to believe" es correcto. "I come to believe" no tiene sentido en ingles.
I would say the most common expression would be - I have come to believe
Agree "I come to believe" is not used in English. But I "am coming" to believe could be substituted to get the same meaning. Still preferable would be "I begin to believe". (from Robert of Australia)
Si, Roberto se puede decir, "I came to believe" -"llegué a creer" pero en vez de "I come to believe" sería mejor decir "I have come to believe" o "he llegado a creer"
Belive -> Believe.
I come to believe something.
I came to believe something.
I will come to believe something.
I have come to believe something.
Todos son correctos.
