Well for starters it's not Spanish - it's French 
It says:
Four consonants and three vowels it is Raphael's first name.

That's French and not Spanish, and my French is worse than my Spanish (which also isn't very good) but I think it means "Four consanants and three vowels. That's Raphael's first name." I think treis is supposed to be trois.
