By the way, we like to use proper capitalization, spelling and grammar here, since many members are English learners. - KevinB, JUL 7, 2010

Welcome to the forum.

Goes in this case is the 3rd person singular present tense conjugation of the verb to go. If you look up go in the dictionary here it will have all the conjugations at the end. To go = ir, and ir is one of the very few truly irregular verbs in Spanish. She goes = va.

So,

María goes to the pharmacy at 10:00 in the mornig = María va a la farmacía a las diez de la mañana.

Edit: Oh, and to = a in Spanish
