I have to know what it means. See i really like the Puerto Rican boy that goes to my school, and i think he likes me, he always calls me beautiful, and hes called me mi amor and mi vida and stuff like that, hes tried to tell me something tons of times but hes always backed out right in the middle. So finally the other day we were talking and he tried to tell me something but backed out, so then i got mad at him so then he was like "Fine i'll tell you in spanish so you won't say i'm kepping things from you".
And then he says this:

He is saying that he is not sure whether he likes you or not, maybe in the future he'll know...sorry :(
and that every time he hears this song it makes him think of this certain someone and he doesn't know why he talks to you but he thinks he is in love but feels confused...he also said that.
