Is the same the same as saying it with razón and razón is implied? How would you say it with razón? "Ahora no tengo ninguna razón por la que vivir".? Gracias.

Ahora no tengo por qué vivir. I think you are right, Jeezzle; someone once told me that this "por qué" implies a reason.

No tengo ninguna razón por la que vivir.
