Daughter says the name in Spanish is: Canuelas?

Hi William - well it must be fun to search all over Costa Rica for meat! The problem is sometimes food is called one thing in one place and something else entirely in another place, however I will give you what I remember it being called in Spain and it is simply carne asada a la cazuela. (Literally roasted meat in the pot). Hopefully that gets you somewhere!
