" ¡Mire, con (sólo) una vuelta de la mano puedo dirigir el trafico ! "

= "Look, with (only) one turn of my hand I can control the traffic ! " big surprise

editors note: Isn't this taking dancing in the street a bit far ? (Okay, I know you can't see the cars/traffic... I was using my imagination ! A kind of literary licence)
