Yes! Except you would not include the "es".

"me llamo" = I call myself (literally)

This is the first person singular of the reflexive verb "llamarse" = to be called

And, it doesn't matter if the person calling themselves is male or female.

Typically, you would follow the "me llamo" with your name.

As in: Me llamo Roberto or Me llamo Heidita.

Yes. Me llamo [your name]. from the verb Llamar.

We don't conjugate verbs for gender.
