This is an extract from Ángel González poem:
... Verán viva mi carne,
pero será otro hombre
-- oscuro, torpe, malo - el que la habita...
What does the bold phrase mean? My guess is the one who inhabits there (in her mind?).

El que la habita: the body will be "inhabited" by somebody else, sombody else will come with the same body
