I do not receive any Word of the day emails - they sopped about 2 weeks ago - please advise Regards Mike

Also check to see if something hasn't made your email provider (or email server) start treating the email as spam or placed this site on your list of blocked sites. Some email software/browers have a "delete and block button" in the menu bar which is sometimes inadvertently clicked when you only wanted to delete mail that you have read.
