Hint: The trick to this example sentence is to know that when two 3rd personal object pronouns are used together the i.o.p. (le, les) changes to "se".
ej.
le lo= se lo...
les las=se las...
and so on.
La bibliotecaria le dio el libro al estudiante. (The librarian gave the student the book)
La bibliotecaria se lo dio.
