Hi Melissa, welcome to SpanishDict
Allí means "there", so it would fit in your sentence: "Mira, ¿estás allí?".
Ahí means "over there", even further.
Of course, if you suspect that the person is really far, you could probably shout: "¿Estás ahí?"... I guess it depends on the context.
