What does it mean and is it grammatically correct

It has some misspelling and due to lack of punctuation it is hard to say whether it was meant as a statement or a question.

Literally it says:

[do] you have photographs where you are.

tú and estés need an accent mark.

You'll have to decide whether it is more meaningful as a question or as a statement.
