Can someone tell me when you use acabar and when you use terminar? When you use enviar and when you use mandar ? Thanks for your help.

Just wondering when you use acabar and when you use terminar

in other words,  what the difference is  ?   

 I had the same question with  enviar and mandar ,  and  

desear and querer .
