What if someone spoke to me in Spanish but I don't understand what he/she is saying?

I don't really know that much Spanish words. But I'm learning would I be able to still understand Spanish or if someone spoke to me in Espanol what could I Say to that person if he/she only spoke Espanol?

You could say " No comprendo" o "Mas despacio por favor."

"I don' understand" o "More slowly please"
